Our Agency provide services to individuals and families at home...
Companion
Services to our consumers by selecting qualified and passionate Direct Care Workers who will assist their consumer by providing supervision to ensure the health and safety and to assist them with performing activities of daily living.
Personal Care
Deliver Personal Care Services to consumers who are unable by providing light cleaning or homecare services such as meal preparation and/ or laundry. This will assist with keeping the consumer in a safe and clean environment.
Respite
Work with consumers by providing qualified DCW's to provide a reprieve for the consumers normal caregiver in times of emergency or planned short term absences, based on the consumers.
In Home & Community Support
This service by promoting and teaching (not all inclusive) socialization skills, self-care and community participation. The focus of services that are promoted to the consumer will be based on the consumers PSP.
